Experience
I have been teaching, coaching and tutoring in various capacities for the last 7 years. Most recently I have been working at a College as a football coach and staff adviser. I have worked as a college aged tutor as well as elementary aged RTI specialist in Van Dyke Public Schools. I know that I can be successful with a variety of age groups, as my resume indicates. I have been a successful tutor in the past due to my excellent ability to relate with people and make learning interesting and fun. School work and test prep does not have to be mundane and tiresome work. It is important to set goals, see progress and consistently encourage the students so that they can strive for their best. I have a teachers cert. in Indiana teaching HS English. I received my Master’s in Business Leadership in 2013 from William Penn University.
