I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, then attended Wayne State University for my Master of Arts, before earning a PhD from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. I enjoy tutoring because I prefer one-on-one teaching environments. I have been mentoring and tutoring students from a variety of age groups and diverse backgrounds for decades, and I have a genuine desire to help students develop their talents. I am fortunate to have had the experience of working with students in professional training seminars, adult education classes, and summer academic camps. I am especially skilled at assisting students with college preparation, including graduate and undergraduate writing requirements and application essays.
